Day to day

Hearing aid maintenance and repair

A well-followed device lasts years longer. Most of that upkeep comes down to a few gestures, and the rest is done at the centre.

At home, every evening

Wipe the device with a dry cloth — never water, never alcohol. Check the dome and the filter. Let it dry overnight, ideally in a box with a drying capsule: in Casablanca, humidity is electronics’ first enemy.

At the centre, regularly

Deep cleaning, wax-filter changes, checking the tube and the dome, verifying the settings. It is also an opportunity to reassess your hearing: it changes, and the device has to follow.

Small repairs are done on site. For faults that need the manufacturer's workshop, we handle sending and follow-up.

You did not buy your device from us? Not a problem: come to the centre and we will look. A device that whistles, crackles or will not switch on usually has a simple cause.

What people ask us most.

My device whistles, what should I do?

Whistling almost always comes from a dome that is badly placed, clogged, or has become too loose. It is sorted in a few minutes at the centre.

Can a device be cleaned with water?

No, never. A dry cloth, a fine brush, and a drying capsule overnight. Water and alcohol damage the electronics and the membranes.
